What is SurveyBasket PANEL? |

Simply put, SurveyBasket PANEL is a group of people that tell companies about themselves. It is, in essence, an online research or advisory panel that provides opinions for companies wanting to know about consumer behaviour, e.g. what clothes you buy on a regular basis, what food you enjoy, whether they should launch a new product, etc. |

How does it work and, more importantly, how do I make money? |
You can earn money (what we call baskets) in two ways:
1. Answering surveys
2. Referring friends, colleagues and family |

How much do I earn if I answer surveys? |
|
As soon as your join the panel you will be sent a survey to complete. This survey is worth 150 baskets, or R15 and will not take long to complete. From there on it all depends on the survey, but you can expect to earn between 250 and 2,500 baskets per completed survey. |

How much do I earn if I refer friends and colleagues? |
|
Our referral programme means that you will earn 30% of the membership fee, or 200 baskets for every referral of yours that joins SurveyBasket PANEL, which means that if you refer 10 people (who then join) you will earn 2,000 baskets, or R200. |

Why do I have to pay to join? |
There are 2 reasons why you need to lay out R75 to join:
1. Because you earn points and cash straight away, we need to ensure that people don't create fraudulent accounts in order to earn money, and
2. To ensure that you are serious about answering surveys
Just think about it, R75 is not much to outlay when you think about the rewards! And we will send you your first survey as soon as you join, so that you can start earning straight away.
And, if you refer just 3 of your friends you will have made your money back. Complete another survey and refer 3 more friends and you will have more than doubled your money. |

How often will I receive surveys? |
|
It all depends on the companies asking the questions and whether you are the target audience that they want to find out more about. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the frequency of surveys, but we can assure you that the more panel members we have the more the chance of companies wanting to find out about you. So get referring! |

When will I get paid? |
|
Earnings are paid out at the end of every month, however, you will only be paid once your account has reached 1,000 baskets |

Where do my earnings get paid? |
Your earnings get paid into the bank account of your choice, in cash! For you to do with as you please. Yay!

How much can I realistically earn? |
|
It's very difficult to say, because it all depends on the number of surveys that you qualify for (i.e. companies sometimes only want to find out what specific people think) and the number of people that you successfully refer. But, as an example, if you refer 20 people a month and answer 3 surveys a month you could be earning in the region of 7,000 baskets per month. |

How do I get paid? |
|
SurveyBasket PANEL ONLY pays out via EFT to South African bank accounts, so ensure that your banking details are always up-to-date. We do not accept responsibility for incorrect or out-of-date details. |

Why do I have to have a new account if I already have a SurveyBasket surveys account? |
|
SurveyBasket PANEL is a separate division of SurveyBasket, with different joining and payout processes, therefore, you will be required to set up a new SurveyBasket PANEL. |
